About Nick
Born and raised in Washington, I have been counseling individuals and families since 2020. After obtaining my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology, I committed my life’s mission to supporting individuals by providing an open and welcoming space to discuss their lives.
My Mission and Vision
To help individuals bring their potential to fruition. I practice therapy to bring meaning and authenticity to all. I assist my clients by helping bridge the disconnect between emotions, connection with others, and living a fulfilled life.
Experience
I have experience working with individuals, families, teenagers, and groups seeking recovery from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked with diverse populations across private practice, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care.
I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to provide therapeutic interventions to decrease PTSD symptoms.
Approach
Our first few sessions will often consist of gathering relevant information required to tailor a unique approach to your specific needs. I interweave Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide structure for how we will begin to move towards healing with these evidence-based practices.
Credentials
Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the State of Washington (LH61038685). I received my Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies form Eastern Washington University and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University.
